Portugal, 1982<\/p>\n

Artist working with languages that intercept image, movement, voice, scenography and light, approaching the body as a vessel for the transformation and mediation of hypnagogic states, as well as for the gestures and procedures of the visceral conscience of the present.<\/p>\n

Concluded the Master EXERCE at ICI-CCN Montpellier\/FR and the BA in Visual Arts at the Porto\u2019s Fine Arts University\/ Pt; studied Noh Theatre at Kyoto Art Center\/ Jp.<\/p>\n

Among others Miranda has presented the dance pieces \u039b\u01acSUMO\u042fI<\/a>, CABRAQIMERA<\/a>, DREAM IS THE DREAMER<\/a>, BOCA MURALHA,<\/a> MAZEZAM and REIPOSTO REIMORTO<\/a> at Centre Pompidou (Paris\/FR), Palais de Tokyo (Paris\/FR), Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (Lisbon\/PT), Serralves Museum (Porto\/PT), National Theatre (Porto, PT), Festival Materiais Diversos (PT), Festival DDD (PT), Festival Pays de Danses (Li\u00e8ge, Be), Festival Mindelact (Cape Verde), Festival Short Theatre (Rome\/IT).<\/p>\n

Furthermore, Miranda has presented the visual installations POROMECHANICS at Centre Pompidou (Paris\/ FR), Festival Walk&Talk (Azores\/Pt), S\u00e3o Luiz Theatre Lisbon, as well as, DIAGONALANIMAL at Fabrik Festival (Fall River\/ USA) and MOUNTAIN MOUTH at Dance Box and Maizuru RB (Kobe\/Maizuru\/Jp).<\/p>\n

In 2022 she collaborated as Light and Scenography designer for the project\u00a0VUZA CANONS \u2013 Scores for Light and Percussion<\/a>\u00a0with Sebastien roux, Ensemble 0 & Drumming GP, presented at Serralves Museum (Porto\/Pt) and La Soufflerie in Rez\u00e9 (Fr).<\/p>\n

She is part of the vocal collective\u00a0COBRACORAL<\/a>\u00a0with Cl\u00e9lia Colonna and Ece Canli, having played at CCB\/Lisboa, Jardins Ef\u00e9meros Festival 2022 and Tremor Festival 2023.<\/p>\n

In 2016, Portuguese TV released the Documentary \u201cPORTUGAL QUE DAN\u00c7A\u201c, one of whose episodes is dedicated to the dance piece Boca Muralha.<\/p>\n
