Joana Rita Sousa studied Philosophy at the Universidade Cat\u00f3lica Portuguesa (UCP), in Lisbon. She has a project, filocriatiVIDAde, since 2008, through which she provides philosophy workshops for children, young people and families. She travels around Portugal to promote workshops for the youngest and also to provide training to parents, educators, teachers and educational agents. In 2011 she was at the Portuguese School of Mozambique, in Maputo, to work with the school community, within the scope of philosophy for children.
\nShe holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy for Children, from the University of the Azores and she is a professor in the Post-Graduate Program in Philosophy for Children and Youth at UCP.
