Encontros que Contam
Encontros que Contam fosters the construction of collective memory, through the sharing of tales and sayings from oral tradition and life stories.
In the 2021 edition, on a tour of the municipalities of Alcanena, Encontros que Contam is especially dedicated to celebrating the (re)encounter between generations — children and grandparents, family and local community. To stretch the memory thread, we need to find ourselves in what really counts.
